The order was canceled by us before shipment.

2. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a money-back guarantee:

Requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for undelivered orders).
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, unless the issue is damage or defect.
Customers must provide proof of purchase and, where applicable, photo or video evidence.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the request.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Money-back guarantees do not apply to:

Opened, used, or altered products
Orders delayed, rejected, or seized by customs
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Change of mind after shipment
Digital products or services once accessed or delivered
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable

4. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

For international orders, customers acknowledge that customs inspections, duties, taxes, or delays are outside our control.

We do not issue refunds for customs-related seizures or refusals.
Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be:

Issued to the original payment method
Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Limited to the product cost only (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law)

6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse money-back requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated claims. Any attempt to misuse this policy may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
