• Orders delayed, rejected, or seized by customs
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Change of mind after shipment

• We do not issue refunds for customs-related seizures or refusals.
• Any import fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be:
